Hypertech Shift Points for 5.3 03'

I just picked up an 03 and put on a 4inch lift and 33s.  I have the hypertech programmer to offset tires, change a few other things, etc.  

Has anyone done anything with the shift points - changing 1-2 mph.  In the brochure they talk about track runs to set correctly.  Wondering if any of you have done some testing and found a good setting.??
