Just wondering if anyone has found and tried a capless fuel cap on a 2014-2016 yet. My ford I traded in had one from the factory which was nice to have, would be nice to have on my 16 GMC crew cab.

Not sure if it would do the same on these trucks, but I had one on my 98 and didn't have it for long cause it kept throwing the code for a loose gas cap because it wasn't making a good enough seal. My opinion is just to use the stock cap. It's not like a capless one will save you time. The only plus is that you wouldn't have to worry about forgetting to put it back on. But, I have a lockable gas door so I set the bright yellow E85/flex fuel cap on my toolbox with my keys and I haven't had a problem with forgetting to do anything.

I don't think chevy offers it, I worked at Ford for years and nothing but problems with those dam things!

I wouldn't want one ever! better off with the old trusty screw on cap..
