Question on what to do to achieve 37 inch tires

Lift came with the truck so I am not sure how many inches it is. Only thing I know is that it is a Rough Country lift. I have 35x12.50 with 20x9 rims. Wanting to go to 37x13.50 with 20x12s. Should I add a Body lift or is there other options? Would a leveling kit help? Thanks
