No there are some other differences:

• The dash overlay and door panel/console trim is different (it looks kind of like carbon fiber)
• The Z71 gets Hill Descent Control
• The Z71 gets trans and oil coolers (but your LTZ could have these as part of a different options package)
• The grill and lower bumper trim are different
