(Mouth drop) hell yea i was debating about putting 2014-15 SLT headlights now that i know it can be done.. I'm definitely putting these on my truck. dont get me wrong i love how the 2014-15 Slt lights look but these 2016 DRL ARE WAY BRIGHTER.

2014 truck, HD front end and hood, 2016 headlights.

To put the headlamps in a '14-15 Sierra, no changes needed in regards to the fenders & hood? I don't see any difference in the sheet metal.

Correct. They have the same mounts. The wiring is different so you need the harness from gen5

I prefer the older style too. No envy. If I wanted a '16 I would buy one.

No question the newer headlights work better, but the new style is just too suv-like for me. Wouldn't stop me from buying one, though. Both are way better looking than the competition.

But back to the point, the OP's truck is killer.

Looked at a 2016 Sierra 2500 on a local lot, has HID projector headlamps that look very similar in physical appearance to the '14-'15 1500 Sierra's.

This IS the upgrade GMC should have done, not just a BCM update and swapping out bulbs.

Any reason why you're selling it?

Why is he advertising the title as a Denali when it's not? He even says in the description that it's an SLE (and you can tell by looking at the dash or the center console and Denali is only available as a Crew Cab). And it's also listed as an "HD" when it's really a 1500 with an HD front clip.

I still think it's a good looking truck and he did a great job but it is not a Denali or an HD ...

I found that rather distasteful also. It's the equivalent of putting big V8 decals on a v6, or 4x4 emblems on a 2wd. Why try to pretend to be something it's clearly not?

Well people will believe anything they read on the Internet. Probably sell it for more that way to the right buyer who doesn't know the difference. Especially here in Houston, I guarantee you he's got about 20 calls since he listed it.
