here are a few pics from my install... you can see from the under side pics, I had to trim the aluminum rail that marries to the inner bed rail of the truck. after that trim it was flush. some black silicone to fill the gaps sealed it right up.

There has to be a better alternative to the black silicone? Foam stripes mounted to the roll bar plate where the rail meet? The small foam that comes with the kit?

Used a Lund tonneau. The side plates of the rear mount are 1/8" thick.......just installed the side rails over them and used a piece of double sided foam to take up the slack in the balance of the rail against the bed cap. Cover support rails still fit in the channels, but if they did not I'd just shave 1/4" off each.

Please take some pictures so I can understand how you accomplished the install without cutting.

I may try this it seems like the simplest solution. I found one at Costco for a good price.....http://www.costco.ca/Tonno-Pro-Lo-Roll-Premium-Vinyl-Roll-up-Tonneau-Cover.product.100086384.html

Let me know how that works out. I saw that same tonno lo roll installed on a Colorado which need to be cut. Edited by TekkB
