Invest majority of it, but i would first pay off my student loans and get a house so I don't have to keep renting.

Fully fund the kids college funds and buy a large farm to live and hunt on. Invest the rest. I'm pretty simple. If the kids are taken care of I would be content living off the grid for the rest of my life.

I would never work a job again. I would happily work around my acreage, but I would never again trade my time for money. Working has to be one of the stupidest things man has ever come up with. You get to live one time, oh and by the way, you will spend the majority of it doing things you don't like, just to bring in money, that you get taxed to hell and back on anyways.

 

The second I can afford to never work again, that is exactly what I would do.

Well being in Canada I would loose almost 60% of it in taxes ha ha.

We have no debt.

I would pay off my sons house or buy him a new one, buy him a new GMC truck, have him retire and set him up to enjoy life. Do the same for my brother.

I would go buy large acreage put an off grid home on it and two homes water front, maybe one on fresh water and one on salt water. Two new boats, new truck, car for wife, travel.

That would be a start.

But, if I had won, I'd do everything I could to hide from the scammers. I'd insulate myself through layers of holding companies. Nothing would be in my name. I'd probably not drive in the city anymore. Too much liability/probability.

 

Set up the extended family for the long haul. Disperse investments. Double down on health. Probably do lot of travel. But, no waxing with Adams . Lol

If I had won, the first thing I'd do is probably head to the ER because I'd have a freaking heart attack JK!

 

I'd buy myself a very loaded GMC Denali or Silverado High Country, a Corvette Convertible and whatever SUV Mrs. Imcrazy wanted.... I'd buy myself a very large piece of land somewhere south of Columbus Ohio in the woods, build myself a modest off the grid home, with a very large barn / garage. I'd setup my parents, in-laws, brother and a few other family members and close friends with a few million each. I would probably let me current home go to foreclosure, then have one of my family members buy it back from the bank for next to nothing, just to screw over the bank because mortgages are highway robbery (and I would not need credit if I had all that money sitting in the bank), then I'd give the house to some charity to help those in need. I'd give my current truck to a deserving member of the US military, I'd buy a crap load of cool guns and build a really neat shooting range on my land. I'd probably go back to school for engineering, so I could learn to build all kinds of cool stuff with my new found wealth. I'd set a bunch of money aside for my family to live on for generations to come and I'd buy a whole lot of nice tools..... Thinking about it more, MAYBE I'd move to Alaska to get away from all the craziness in the lower 48.

Vacation, invest, vacation, spend some, vacation, start a small engine shop, vacation, work at my shop, vacation, travel the world, vacation, restock the liquor cabinet.

Also would allocate a good sum to my family (immediate and extended). The rest would be used to collect interest and would be willed to the family.
