Whistle out of V4

Was wondering any one else has noticed their truck "whistle" when the gas is pressed and the truck goes form V4 to V8 mode? I can make it happen every time and it's very faint. Music has to be off and the noise comes from the back right of the truck, tailpipe area?

No but i do notice vibration when its on the "high end" of V4 and about to kick into V6 in my 1500 LT.

Noise from the back right? Its the flapper valve in the exhaust right after the muffler.

You can clamp it open, but you will likely get a drone in V4 mode (I did, sounds like helicopters chasing you).

 

Or the dealer will replace the exhaust, but most owners reported the whistle noise coming back after a few thousand miles.

Or maybe have muffler shop cut it out and weld new pipe in its place, but still could get the V4 drone.

 

Or drive in M5 mode or get Range AFM delete module so it never goes to V4 mode and won't make the whistle noise.
