Any nutritionist on here

I've been 6' 160lbs for ever. Between the gym and motocross, I'm fit. Just trying to get bigger. A pound a week.

 

Now I'm on a crazy diet starting today.

 

I'm supposed to eat;

3100 calories

350 grams carbs

230 grams protein

87 grams fat

 

 

It's daunting. I've added up what I had today and I'm nowhere close to these numbers... or even on track. sucks

Stop posting. Start eating.

 

What kind of stuff do you eat right now?

 

16oz of whole milk, 300 calories

 

2 slices white bread, 180 calories

2 tbsp peanut butter, 190 calories

1 tbsp smuckers grape jelly 100 calories

 

Eat two PBJ's and 2 big glasses of milk a day, on top of what you're eating now, that'll do it.

 

Eat 500 extra calories a week for the first week, then go to 1000 extra.

Start in small increments, as mentioned above. Eat breakfast, then eat a PB&J mid-morning, then lunch, another PB&J, and dinner and then a HEALTHY dessert. Once you work out more, you'll be hungrier so it gets easier.

All I've done since I posted this is eat. actually I'm a little shocked at my numbers. Panic binge eating. haha

 

I'm at right now

2500 Cal

111 g Protein

178 g Carb

232 g fat

 

Overdid the fats. Was the ground burger....

 

I'm an stuffed.

eggs

bacon

chicken

ground beef

Whole milk

Greek yogurt

cashews

baked potatoes

mixed greens for salad. bell peppers, onion, ranch dressing

couple protein shakes with whole milk

 

Just started my smoothie in the morning again. bananas, strawberries, black berries, plain yogurt, OJ.

the potatoes are grit that gets rid of stuff.

 

I have a disorder that left me 30 under, non-organic.

There is a diet, just have to find your way around with experiments. Take in the lards, like from pork.

beans.

a real meat market for the real meats adds to the values.

 

I go through 10 pounds of dry oatmeal every month. That must be 3 times that in the bowl wet and cooked.

 

Another decipher for diet is the physical shape of yourself. if your shoulders and arms feel good, look normal..and the waist line drops off...

that could be kidneys and liver having some trouble, even stomach and intestines.

 

I have been a freak for a long time. I look like a featherweight boxer.. and hate it. Little itty bitty long legs keeping my height. My reach is 71 inches.

Another anomaly is perhaps avoiding guided calorie numbers.

 

me at 20 over the average for my height still gets called "skinny as a rail" or "bean pole". Just go with the flow of yourself. more than the numbers.

 

I am only 15lbs under today, it took a year in a good building, healthy environment.

about 25lbs a month in the meats alone.. not sure which one is the best, but good hamburg and beef.

I'm a light guy also. I ate like crazy this summer and burned it all no problem. For guys like us, you pretty much have to spend a lot of time at the gym to get bigger. I don't have the time for that personally. I just try to stay in good overall shape and I'll stay light for now.

Just curious what's the use of a high calorie diet like that if you can't sneak in a couple of donuts here and there? Mmmmm... Donuts.

Wait, 3100 calories a day and I don't see a BigMac on here? This diet is BS!

Throw in a couple of beers....brewers yeast is good for you and it's in beer as well as calories. lol

I know what you feel like...I was like that for my teens and my early - mid 20s.
