I'm wondering why it took 5 hours. They said up to six guys came in. Even if only four guys did the work, and took 15 mins per vehicle, that's only three hours for all 45 vehicles.

 

And the GM didn't look bothered by this, during the interview smiling. He knows insurance will take care of this.
