How do you track your maintenance?

Android app aCar does a good job for me. I try to make it as easy on me as I can. Change the oil at 5000 miles intervals on the odometer, 5k, 10k 15k, 20k. Rotate the tires every 10K. Air filter every 20k. You can set up reminders in aCar and it will let you know when those events are coming due.

I keep paper work on each and every thing I have done to the truck whether it's an oil change, tire rotation I even still have the paper work from the shop that did my lift. And I also write it down in a notebook put everything in a folder and set it in the cabinet with all other important paper work

I have a 3-ring binder that I keep receipts & stuff in it.

For keeping track of everything - I use an App for iphone called "Car Minder" It's free.... I like it. You can list several different vehicles in the app. I have a few things setup as 'regular' maintenance that you'll get little reminders. I use the repair log to keep track of everything.... Dates when I installed modifications or bought certain things...etc.
