HELP lifting 99 Silverado front end

I have a 99 Silverado extended cab 2wd. The truck in on 26 inch rims and rub the fenders when I turn I want about a 2.5 inch lift in the front. When I looked at coil spacers on eBay most were saying that they don't fit extended cab models. Any advice? Or has anyone tried to use cool spacers on an extended cab?
