Another After Market Warranty Question

I'm going to buy an extended warranty for my 2001 GMC HD.  Have to decide which one to purchase before the end of the summer.  Been shopping and asked the dealer I do business with if they had customers in that have used Warranty Gold.  Answer was No.  Told the truck service guy I was shopping extended warranties, he sends me to the sales guy who tells me about another aftermarket warranty company called Fidelity Warranty Services and gives me a price on theirs.  I know the dealer is certainly getting a cut for selling this, but I found it kinda odd that a Chevy/GM Dealer would actually recommend something other than GMPP.  Anyone ever heard of Fidelity Warranty Services?  They're part of the JM&A Group in Deerfield Beach Florida.  BTW, the truck service manager recommended I go with the GM Plan, because GM will pay without question if I have a problem.  Thanks guys and gals!
