What kind of 110V outlet is this?

I ordered the upper trim panel for a center console off of ebay and wanted to know what kind of 110V outlet is this (first pic)? GM Part#22854092. It doesn't seem like it is the one that would come with the panel as shown in the second pic. The only thing I can plug in was a 2 prong/blade connector.

That's not a 110V outlet, that's listed as a 220V.

It looks like a more generic/European plug. Not US specific.

Eurospec plug. Shove real hard & you may get a US plug in there.

ok, thanks. Kind of sucks the seller had 110V on the description, but also my fault for not seeing that on the gm part# it has 220v listed.
