2015 Sierra "leather" cleaner/conditioner?

I've been using Mother's on it, as I did on my BMW. Works well. I just wish my truck had black interior, the tan seats are a disgrace to keep clean.

My grey seats are a PITA to keep clean! After my seat is replaced, I'm going to buy a cheap cover at autozone. I use lexol

I don't get it? Would you wrap your leather jacket in plastic while you wear it to keep it clean too? Or are you keeping the leather in "like new" condition so the next owner gets to enjoy comfy leather seats while you sit on a "cheap cover"

Why even pay for leather to begin w/ why not just get cloth and save $$$??

Not trying to be Miss Smarty Pants but be careful using cheap covers - whatever that means in your case.

I just think that (and I know you know that already) you have to clean the seats anyways - covers won't change that. If you buy cheap ones it could hurt the new seat by leaving color marks / streaks or the 'leather' could get damaged from the cover's fabric (& seams, depending what kind of thread was used). I would be concerned a bit more simply because you and some other guys have been disappointed by the quality of the seats you got in the first place.

I think if you want to keep the seats in good shape for a long time clean & protect them good and spend some $$ on good quality covers.

Good luck!

By trade I often have grease, fiberglass, oil, sand, salt, and jeans, ect on my seat every day... I've conditioned it regularly with lexol and Adams products and the seat has lasted 1/3 of what the leather on my 06 did with the same care. After my seat gets replaced, I will have a cover on the seat while I work from now on. Whether it be a towel or a cover from the auto parts store, it will be better than exposed leather to all of the above. I'll "enjoy" my leather on the weekends...

Thanks for the advice and I'll keep it in mind.
