I'll be at my truck tomorrow and I'll take a quick measure but I'm 99.9 percent sure I'm under 7 feet

I'm running a 285/65/18, I'm in Canada and my truck rides great with these tires they are quite amazing in mud and snow iv driven threw 3 feet of snow no issues plowed threw like a champ did not hesitate or get stuck once. As for wheels I have pro comp wheels 34 series and they are an 18 /9 with a 0 offset. If you care about mpg yes it will go down a bit with these tires but get a Diablo tuner and adjust the dic for the tire size and that clears that up. As far as summer driving they don't grab ruts in the road and runs a straight path I have a 2.5 level and a 3/4 in the rear with this level not sure of brand because dealer installed when I got my truck. Here's a few more shots I have just for reference. Also should mention I have the gator back mud flaps and due to how they are mounted in full lock in reverse the catch the flap and rub slightly easy fix I'm just not Concerned about it LOL

Thanks for the info! Great looking truck; debating on 20's or 18's. I'm leaning toward stealing your same setup. Those Procomps look awesome, and 18" tires are considerably cheaper than the 20's it looks like. Plus having some extra rubber between our pot holes/terrible roads and my rims wouldn't exactly be bad. There would also be the perk of being able to air down a bit the little I do go off-road.

Hey happy to help I was in your shoes my reason for the 18s I could achieve the poke I wanted and tire size I wanted without cutting anything. Also tires prices are much cheaper where I am for an 18 vs 20 plus everyone and there grandma has a 20" wheel and less rubber u wanted a more beefy look on a smaller wheel and it came out nice. Not to mention the actual rim was a lot cheaper vs a 20

I just threw a set of LT275/65R18 KO2's on the OEM 18" wheels. Love them. Drove them today on the highway for the first time. I was very surprised how smooth they rode, actually smoother than the factory SRA's. You can tell you have a larger chunkier tire on the truck, it's less responsive compare to bald SRA's, but that's expected. And in the city with a lot of bumps and stuff you can feel a harsher ride, but on a smooth highway they ride BETTER than the SRA's.

Finally upgraded the tires today and went with the BFG A/T KO2s 285/65R18 with the raised white letters. I was worried I would't like the white letters, but now I'm glad I went with those. Tell me what you guys think!

Man I wish my Z71 had those wheels. Looking to get the KO2's when I get my Billstein 5100 leveling kit put on.

Back spacing is the measure of how far the contact point of the rim is from the rear (inside) edge of the rim. If you install certain suspension components you might have to go with different offset/backspacing so the rim/tire doesn't rub the frame/a-arms/sway bars/fender/etc.
