I run Mastercraft Courser MXT 35's on my 81 K10, that has 5 leafs on the rear spring and a 2 inch lift block. 15 inch stock wheels and skyjacker shocks. I don't know what the leaf spring size is supposed to be, they were on the truck when i got them. The guy who sold it said it was a "4inch" lift, I could see that since it had a 2inch lift block.

Im running 285/75/17 Toyo MTs on 17x8.5 0 wheels with a 2.5 inch level. Toyos site says these run big and are 34.1 inches instead of the normal 33.8 inches.  I had to trim some fender liner. I would say you are good to run 35s on a 4 inch lift depending on the offset of your wheels if you stay around 0 or -6. Stock wheels are usually +24 on 1500s  If you are going for real wide wheel with negative offset like -24 or more you may run into problems. Check out custom offsets gallery if you cant find anyone on here that runs what you want.
