Differential Cable Lock Kit

I have a 99 Sierra new body style. I want to get rid of the electronic actuator for the front differential to engage 4wd. I researched for the cable lock kit, but can only find for it for years 98 and under. Does anyone know of a kit or something I can do to have a cable to engage my 4wd?
