Suggestions on an easy to use quick detailer spray; even something easily available at local stores ... ?

I usually use the meguiars quik detailer you can get at walmart. Seams to work fine for what it is.

How much did it take to do the whole truck in this stuff? Its pretty pricey, would you say its worth it? Never used anything like this before.

I probably used about half of the bottle. People online are saying they thought they could get about four cars out of it, but the truck has a lot of body panels. I don't think the shelf life is super long so you would probably want to use it within 12 to 18 months.

You would also need to buy the prep spray.

It was honestly pretty difficult to apply. It took a good amount of pressure to buff it out. It might have been the weather (hot and high humidity).

Had never used a Paint Sealant before, always used wax. Decided to try it out. All I can say is wow, bye bye wax! This stuff is amazing.

This is my door. Looks like a mirror. Slick as ice.

I have a porter cable buffer. I have never really used it for fear of ruining paint. Would you say these 2 products are easy to use without scratching it up and ruining it?

Very easy. Went over my entire car. I had some areas i needed a more aggressive product (M105). I would say it looked better this year then when brand new

What's a paint sealant as opposed to wax sealant? Is it applied same; apply/ buff off?

You will not do any damage to your paint with a porter cable buffer. The motion of that machine alone makes it nearly impossible to harm your paint. I have used my pc 7424 buffer several times and it works great. Just takes a little more time than a standard.

Don't be afraid to use your PC for buffing your truck. Anyone can use that machine without causing any problems. I actually let me 10yo nephew use mine on my black truck, he likes to help so that's what I let him use. Use it and take your time.....nothing to worry about.
