Belle tire bought me 20" oem fx4 wheels when they scratched all mine.

They took pictures to send to the company haha. I am baffled how they can't just take responsibility for it. It's not even a big deal. Just be like my bad we will order you new wheels. It's called doing business. Maybe to arrogant to admit they could possibly scratch a wheel? Crazy.

Had a company do this on my old car. common problem, now I know to look for it. They offered to powdercoat all my wheels since buyign new ones were more cost prohibitive. I was ok with that.

Ya they haven't even remotely taken responsibility for it at this point. I can tell they know it was them, but they won't just admit it. They are trying to blame the company haha. They told me they know it wasn't me. I just can't imagine treating a customer like some idiot who was born yesterday after spending over 3 grand on product/installation. Crazy.
