No it was a bulletin they told me about when I called to complain that my truck was acting as if it was in four wheel drive without me turning the dial. I was correct, went to dealer today and mechanic agrees with my complaints and found many other issues he didn't care for. We shall see!

Still a very strange post. I still wonder how you would not know if you were in 4-wheel drive, especially in paved parking lots? That truck would hop all over the place in tight turns.

Post 62 states that she called to complain that her truck was acting like it was in 4-wheel drive.

Don't see anything difficult about her post. .... skimming and not reading is about the only way I could see it confusing to anyone. Pretty straight forward what she did and what her problems are here....

Add me to the list, I have a 2015 Sierra 1500 that has transmission issues, and vibrations at all speeds. The dealer acknowledge it and changed the motor mounts and reprogrammed the transmission but the issue remains and now they say its normal behavior nothing they can duplicate.

Well, its been a while since I've made an update on the lawsuit I've been working on bringing against GM. I heard back from the lawfirm today, and they too have decided to pass again saying they are too small and have to be very cautious with the contingency cases they take. They recommended that I try to find a much bigger firm to take a class action of this magnitude (basically the smaller to mid-size firms are afraid of the costs that will be associated with the case) Otherwise, he recommended that we all find our own attorneys and bring individual suits against GM. I am going to try a couple more bigger firms in Boston, then if necessary try a few large firms in NYC. Unfortunately if at this point I can't find anyone to take the class action, I am going to have to try to fight for myself and go individually (can't say I didn't try lol). One way or another, I am going to fight GM as best I can on this.

It is really unfortunate to see all of these new people joining after buying these pieces of shit, One way or another, I hope everyone gets some for of resolution for their issues

I wish you the best but IMO getting rid of your GM vehicle and never buying another one is probably the only way you will get satisfaction out of this. If a lawfirm does not want to take it on it is because they are smart enough to know there is not a case to begin with, at least a case that can be won or they would be all over it.

ohh trust me, I will never own another GM product after this. However I have already been told by multiple lawyers that it is a decent case, its just hard to win class actions against auto manufacturers unless they actually issue a recall for the problem, or there is known injuries associated with the problem.

The costs associated with fighting this would be immense, not to mention take years to litigate, so I can understand that a smaller firm wouldn't want to risk that kind of time and money on it. We do have a case, its just a matter of finding a big enough firm to take it. They specifically told me to try to find a bigger firm (bigger firm = more disposable cash), so this is what I am going to try to do

Your main problem is that there isn't that significant of a problem. No product on the planet is perfect. Just because you've had a few issues, doesn't mean that they're all that way. You'll have the same chance of having problems with a Ford or Ram, and you'll have the same chance of a "works as designed" response from them. I think it's time for you to lick your wounds, trade in, and move on.
