Sub/Amp package for Double Cab Silverados

Are the wires already back there? Was it as simple as plug and play? (With some mounting maybe). Do you like it? Powered amp on subs? I know that a custom set up would probably be ALOT better so if I go this route is it a easy install? I am hoping the wires are maybe already back there since it is a OEM sub. I'm not 100% what sub/box I will go with so I don't need in depth details.
