it took about 18 months for me to find a mechanic that could fix this nightmare of a problem so I figure I will relay the fix to anyone else struggling with this issuse!' I put 3 new throttle body's the harness the ground wires the gas pedal the Pcm NOT EVEN A GMC dealer could fix the problem they basically washed their hands of it!!!! The problem is the actual electronic throttle body THEY ARE GARBAGE!!! Don't matter where u order it or which brand they are TRASH!!! I spent over 3grand replacing parts in my Denali and it was all a waste of money I found a good mechanic who was very familiar with these garbage throttle bodies used in these trucks my truck has been fixed 7months no issues he completely did away with the electric throttle and converted my truck back to the old school style throttle from 02 gmc takes no responsibilities for the garbage throttles they are using I'm telling u this is the only way to fix this problem or u can end up like me wasting 3grand!!! My fix was 900$ parts and labor no more reduced engine
