Camber...can I adjust that?

Recommended Posts

I had an alignment done in April and according to the report, everything was aligned within specs at the final reading, however the only thing I didn't like was the following.

The front right camber specs are -.9 min to 0.6 max. Mine was at -.08. which was still within limits. The mileage was 49,220.

Why it was not put in the center is alignment technology that I have no understanding of.

So Friday I take it to the dealer for an oil change, because of my back, I can't do simple things like that anymore, they do a diagnostic check on the alignment and find that the front right camber is at or more than the -.9 specs. The mileage is 53,751 miles.

Of course with the rough roads we have around here I thought it would report a lot worse alignment than it did.

Is it possible to adjust something on the front end to bring only the right camber back within limits....or should I pay another $89.00 to get another alignment?

I usually plan on getting an alignment every 50,000 miles,

Would it hurt it to leave it as it is for another 46,000 miles?
