Well here it is. My 15 GMC with a BDS 6" lift kit. 35in toyo open country RT's, and a set of 20" Mesh Method Race Wheels. More to come. You may also remember my 07 Sierra build, I'll post a pic of that at the bottom. I'm open to opinions and suggestions. post-137598-143779103392_thumb.jpgpost-137598-143779105676_thumb.jpg

Today's work included remove front valance. All I can say is that GM wants these things to stay on. 16 bolts in tight places and you can only get a power tool to about 4. Took 45 min. Here's a picture after. Sorry about the glare.post-137598-143785431565_thumb.jpg

Nice looking Jake. I personally do not like the assist step look. When I ordered my Silverado in July, I requested them on my wife's recommendation. They after sleeping on it I went by the dealer and had that option removed from the build. I might get the Amp power steps but I need to see a Silverado with them on first before I decide. F-5

I'm so on the fence with running boards. I have plans for a level and currently don't have any boards.

I'd love a set but I have yet to find anything that catches my eye for my truck

My wife would kill me if I removed my running boards and I cant compromise by getting the AMP power steps because she says she don't like them either. I hate being whooped. Your truck looks great by the way.

I don't understand what's not to like about the AMP steps. They're hidden when not in use anyway. I think they look good when down and in use plus they are super convenient and make getting in a breeze.

Nice truck btw, op!

Thanks guys I think I'm going to leave them. Always nice to have just incase and I'm worried something could go wrong with the Amps.

I had AMP steps on my old sierra for over 9 years with never once having a problem with them. They were hardwired since they didn't have the plug and play option back then. And the steps survived 8 of those years outside in TX with the heat, snow & Ice, etc without an issue - much cleaner and better look and easier to use...my wife loved them better than the regular steps - best $1,200 mod ever..

Nice truck TX! Are those steps faded or are they just dirty?
