305/55/20 or 275/60/20

Cooper ATP are one of the only AT tires that seem to have a good heafty lug to them. Most other brand look cheesy and cheap when you go anything under 285. Didn't notice this until I saw your pictures of the tires you're selling.

Phase 1 complete, 275/60/20 Cooper ATPs installed and Bora 1.5" spacers ordered. Talked with DT and they have no issues at all with the Bora spacers (or any spacer that is hub centric).

Will post up when Phase 2 is complete with the spacers installed.

You're killing it man. Looks f'ing great.

I'm gonna wait and see your 1.5 spacers look like before choosing either the 1" or 1.5".

LOL, thanks! :)

Guessing about 2 weeks until I get the 1.5" spacers. I asked Lenny to send me a 1.25" spacer to test fit as well, to see how close they'd be to working with stock wheels.

I havn't installed my 5100's yet and was really debating going max height (~1.8") or a notch down (~1.25") but after looking at your truck I'll deff be going with the max height setting.

I struggled with the 275/60 vs 305/55 myself. I ended up with the Michelin AT2's in 275/60's. I was too worried about rubbing and MPG hit (sucks getting old) with running much bigger. Rides good and only lost about 1 MPG with this setup.

I have a new set of 22" wheels in the garage and am back with a similar decision. 285/45R22 or 305/45R22. I love how projectsummit's truck looks and have picked his brain on the matter but in the end I will probably just do the safe thing and stick with 285's.

Here is a pic for reference of my Michelin's.

Yeah, that is what I would do as well. If worse comes to worse, and you think it's too high up front, you can swap the block in back.

Unless you re calibrated your speedo your mileage probably didn't change. The computer will assume you're using more gas because it thinks its covering less miles than you actually are.

Haven't calibrated it but figuring by hand using 3% difference it's down a little.

Drove about 70 miles tonight. Tires feel great, no rubbing at all.
