What 4 door sports car should I get?

Kinda surprised nobody mentioned BMW yet. But what do I know. My fast sedan is a 2010 Infiniti G37S 6MT with some breathing mods and a tune.

I 2nd that. I test drove a WRX, g37s, and a Lexus is250 6spd. LOVED the WRX but it was just a stripped down track car and had horrible heat soak in the IC in the TX summer. The G and IS were both awesome cars at a very reasonable price. Fast, 6spd, and a touch of luxury. Can't beat that.

I'm not a die hard Chevrolet fan as I have owned just about every vehicle make under the sun from Honda to Jeep to Ford to Toyota to Chevy, etc. But if I had the means to afford it, my extra car would be a CTS-V sedan. Doesn't have to be the 2016 either, the 2010+ models look and perform great at 556 hp is plenty. My second choice would be a 2015 SS with 6 speed manual. I showed one to my wife the other day and she couldn't believe that it would have the kind of hp and tq that it does. I'd love to have either one of these and take it to Chuck's tuning in Houston to get some performance bits put on and tuned.

Hmm, you guys have brought up some interesting choices. Part of me wants to go "American". Just love the sound of the V8. But then again, I'm not wanting to go the Camaro or Mustang route to do something a lil different, so maybe I could look outside the border for some performance.

I'm kinda liking the TBSS idea. I always love a good sleeper. Not everyone thinks about a Trailblazer as fast, and I love the looks of them.

Decisions, decisions.....

If you want:

Classy American power - CTS-V

Absolute American power - Charger SRT-8 Hellcat

European - BMW M4 or Audi RS4

Japan - Infinity Q50S or Lexus IS-F

SUV - Cherokee SRT-8 (but nothings the same as a sports sedan)

M4 is 2 door, and no mention of an AMG Merc? Like the E55 AMG wagon

I stand corrected. The 4 series isn't yet available in M. Sub that out with the M3, M5 or M6 gran coupe

I am also a fan of the AMG E55 avant. Nothing like smoking the doors off of almost any car at the lights with a couple of kid seats, a load of groceries and the wife.

I got to drive the last gen C63 AMG and it was nice. That 6.2 is angry. I do like the Range Rover Sport Supercharged V8 as well. To be honest the CLA250 with Sport+ package and the AMG suspension goodies handles nice on winding canyon roads. Downside is that it is severely underpowered, FWD, and at idle and light throttle sounds like a diesel car.
