GM asked to pull Kid Rock sponsorship over flag-flap

“If you don’t read the newspaper, you’re uninformed. If you read the newspaper you’re misinformed,” Mark Twain. Today he would be talking about Fox News and its shills for the corporate elites. The rise of Donald Trump and Jeb Bush shows just how far we have fallen as a country. Truely disgraceful.

Like Fox News is the only network to favor a side. Yes Fox news caters to a conservative agenda, but what agenda are ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, MSNBC, HLN all pushing and who's driving their agendas? The only reason you don't like Fox is because they report on stories that are not in line with your views. I hate to break it to you, but people will always have different views on topics that may not be in line with yours.... and that's alright. What ever happened to free speech?? It seems to be alive and well for liberals.....but god forbid if your a conservative and you disagree. Flying a confederate flag is now considered a heinous act, but wiping your a** with the American flag is considered free speech?

As for GM being all about profit...well they are in business to make money and last I checked they are not conspiring with ISIS or North Korea to do it. They entered in an agreement to sponsor a musician for his concert tour and they are honoring it. Why should they back out because of an outcry about a flag that has now become a national issue which is being completely blown out of proportion.

Correction, it's the Battle flag of Manassas (20 miles from my house)

Thats where the historic confusion happened, but they didn't make specific flags for battles.
