Revitalize my tonneau cover

Recommended Posts

I have a vinyl covered trifold tonneau cover that is almost 7 years old now and I can't find anything that will bring black the color on it.

Any suggestions? What do you guys use?

Cool. I'll look into those two...gave it a good scrub yesterday with soap and water so now I just need to add something else to it.

I have a TruXedo low pro on my truck and I use our Super VRT cut 1:1

Its not that it can't be used at full strength, but since its a cream its a lot more work to spread it over such a big area. Diluting makes it sprayable and then you can simply wipe with a towel or applicator pad to level it out.

Makes the tonneau look like new, not greasy or glossy. We call this (in the Adam's circles) "Making Milk"

  1. Take a 16oz bottle of Super VRT
  2. Pour the entire thing into one of our 32oz Dillution Bottles
  3. Fill to the fill line with clean water
  4. Shake well to mix
  5. Spray on and level with a towel or foam applicator

This also is one of those things that a little goes a LOOOONG ways, so once you mix a bottle you'll have a solution to apply as often as you like for quite awhie.
