Scratches on windows

I've got a few fine scratches on 3 out of the 4 windows. The passenger front window is really bad. I went to the dealership today and talked to the service guy and he spoke with the regional manager to get approval for it to be covered under warranty.

 

The service guy just called me back and said that they'll cover it under warranty for me. I'm guessing there's dirt in there with little rocks and when I roll the windows down it leaves little fine scratches.

 

I'm glad they're covering it for me under warranty, but anyone else have this issue?
