I like my UnderCover SwingCase. Lockable waterproof storage and easily removed when bed space is needed.

 

x2 on this. lid locks and it locks to the truck. Not a huge amount of room but with 2 of them you can store plenty and it stays out of the way of your bed so your not giving up a ton of bed room.
