Ever heard of Xforce Varex mufflers?

Has anyone have any experience with XForce Varex mufflers with the built-in remote operated butterfly valves? It can automatically control the exhaust flow according to preset rpm levels or you can manually open it to various levels of flow/loudness as you please. It sounds interesting but wondered about electronic motor that operates the valve.

Not a bad idea but the design looks like in street flow they would be terrible performers. But my 2013 camaro had dual mode exhaust similar to that so i guess it works.
