Bilstein 5100 shocks--where to get the best price

I lifted my rear 1" over stock and was thinking of getting some Bilstein 5100 shocks for the rear. Where do you guys get them for the best price. I found some for $69 shipped. Also is there a shock out there that is comparable to the bilsteins?
