Stock HD suspension question

Off road, on beaches for example, when you hit some studder bumps my truck acts like it has pogo sticks at each wheel.  Do these trucks have too much spring or not enought shock?  or any other suggestions

 

tires are at 14 psi

Mine does that on the rear wheels only. Mine is axle wrap. That might be your same problem. Nothing a set of traction bars wont take care of.
