That is a great price, I'll have to think it over.

I really want Corsa, but don't want to spend that kind of money right now.

48 hours and 20 minutes later my dynomax system is delivered! Wow.

I will install after i get off work, and try to get a sound clip ASAP.

Let us know. I'm very interested in the sound of the VT muffler and if the flap valve rattles any, along with the obvious does it drone question.

x2 :)

I know the first gen of the VT muffler had some rattle issues, but I think that has been fixed. Let hope at least.

Installed. Sounds great. V8 growl at wot and silent at 55-60mph. Only have about 4 miles on it thus far as I had to grille some chicken kebabs and had a few too many beverages while doing so, I will make a sound clip tomorrow.

Install was easy even by myself on the ground . I did jack my pass side up to remove the stock exhaust in one piece.

Great value for the price with the rebate, under $300 for an awesome sounding exhaust in stainless.

Sorry about the poor quality, my son whom is 5 was helping work the gas pedal. He did his best, I'll have my wife give me a hand tomorrow when my truck is clean and I can actually get a quality video.

After washing and waxing this morning. The only thing I didn't like was I had to use a dead blow to close the inlet side of the exhaust tip and use my impact to tighten it down so it'd hold. I'll probably tack weld it next week.

Love the exhaust thus far, road trip of hwy and city for about z1.5 hrs in a few minutes.

Don't forget about the rebate if you go this route!

AFE got back to me.

“The prototype that was developed (sample) for this vehicle looks exactly as it is in the customer’s picture. This part was built exactly as it should have been. The design may not be perfect aesthetically, but it will work.” That exhaust is manufactured exactly how they wanted it. Rubber mount that hits the muffler is fine, won’t cause any damage. There is no fitment issue. Sorry for the delay, thanks.

So there you have it folks. AFE's is designed this way. Big false alarm I guess. I'm very happy with my system. Still don't think the bushing should be hitting the muffler.... but it works. On to more important things in life.
