Headrest removal?

The above is correct, its a bit tricky to do, I used a dental pick as I had to remove the rear seat head rest in my double cab for my son's car seat to fit.

Each headrest post needs a pin inserted kinda together - tricky-try a rocking action - I used a paper clip but was barely stiff enough - if you put too much tension on one post side released the other side will be too tight to release
