Wi-Fi Card

Recommended Posts

Wait, is this device the same that comes in the 2015 Models? Can we get their apps and use them instead of the onstar version? I wonder how we find our device serial numbers though.

i went to autonet and signed up and it gave me 100MB per month free for 12 months.

the serial number is actually on the back of your wifi card. yes this is the factory oem wifi card.

Do you know where the card is installed on 2015's with factory wifi? behind the head unit?

i have no idea about the 2015's..i would say its just like the 2014's.

that seems crazy that gm would allow this? I will have to look for my card on my 15 denali and see what I can find out. Why would anyone pay the crazy onstar prices when they can just log onto the autonet site?

yes the 4g lte card is different then the card referred to in the first post, it is only 3g and is a dealer add on according to info I have found.

I would still like to know where it is located so that I can sign up for the free wifi through Autonet..
