Since the last pictures I have removed the black plasti dip and installed color matched Line-X EGR fender flares.

Not trying to nit pick but how do those flares look in person? In the pictures it could be the sun but they don't look to match too well. Look almost like they are faded :/

But besides that the truck looks great man! Really came out nice with the lift, rims, and tires! And it looks like a lot of the dents came out nicely too!

The picture accurately depicts the color of the flares. The problem is that since my paint used so much pearl the texture of the Line-X distorts the color. Now a flat color like red, white, black it matches perfectly. It'll look awesome once the body is covered and it's all the same color. As for the dents I cheated and just took pictures of the dent free side lol.

Looking mean

Thanks man!

[emoji23][emoji23] not cheating unless you admit to it! Should've said you went all out one day and knocked out all the dents lol.

Lafayette huh? That's good because I was about to start making corn dog jokes!

Lafayette all the way my friend. Born in the 504 and now in Laffy for school.

Been busy with work and the girlfriend so haven't had a chance to do much lately. But I did manage to wrap my interior trim pieces with some 3M 1080 CF12. Thinking about selling my EGR fender flares and going with Bushwacker since they remove the factory mud flaps. Small difference but the factory mud flaps annoy the hell out of me. Also, going to be listing a bunch of stock suspension parts for sale if anyone is interested.

Hey Man,

I also have hail damaged 2014 Double Cab Silverado! Got $16,000 off of mine!

Was wondering how you removed the back door wood trim for hydro dip. I'll be getting my interior peices painted in a few weeks. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Great looking truck btw!

How does your hail damage compare to mine? In particular the roof/cab corners up top. As for removing the rear door pieces I didn't do the great job and cracked some clips. My advice would be to work from the front (closest to the door handle) to the back. The front is where there are 3 clips that lock into the door. The other ones are just tabs that are super easy to get out once the clips are out. What color are you painting your interior trim? Down the road I was thinking about redoing the vinyl wrap on the rear doors with newer 3M 1080 and then having the blue/gray plastic interior pieces painted the same black thats on the Denali's. Thought that would be really sharp looking interior.
