Anyone have a instructions/pics on cranking the torsion bars?

Welcome to the forum.  There's tons of information about cranking the t-bars here.  I recommend doing a search on it and doing a search on Ford Torsion Keys.  For a link to the Ford Keys, Click here   Good luck.  I highly recommend an alignment after messing around with the torsion bars because it will cause some seriously odd wear on your tires.

I havent got mine aligned yet and I squeel through corners pretty bad, guess all the tire aint touching.
