I have a 07 GMC Sierra Classic 1500 2WD crew cab short box and looking to add a suspension lift. I can't find anything on line other than spacers for a leveling kit. I did talk to one guy and he was saying I could with a spindle kit and the rear with blocks. I am worried about being able to align my truck and the angle of the drive shaft because I heard you can blow a seal on the transmission due to the angle and length of the drive shaft. I bought this truck brand new and tired of sitting so low, and yes I know I should have gotten 4WD. Thanks for the help.

For the rear the lift will be the same in the rear whether you have 2wd and 4wd. Rough countru offers kits for you. I know they have a 3" and 4.5" and maybe larger

Problem is you have an 07 classic, which is a torsion bar suspension.

From everything I have seen online, it is more costly in dollars and time to lift a torsion suspension vehicle.
