1999 k2500 suburban lower control arm (left side)

Recommended Posts

I'm replacing the bushings on my 1999 K2500 Sub and can get the back bolt removed on the lower control arm. The bolt is being prevented from coming out by the output shaft companion flange. What am I missing? According to my GM service manual the bolts should slide right out. The front bolt does but not the back one....it's hitting the output shaft companion.
