I bought my first truck when I was 16. It was an 01

F150. I drove that truck from sophomore year to beginning of senior year(2012-2014). Then I bought myself a 04 f150 that I drove my senior year(2014). All these trucks were bought on my own, I worked a lot through high school. Now I just bought my first brand new truck a 2015 Silverado.

I had a couple of different cars in high school. Started with a 92 Cavalier, ended up with a 97 Camaro by senior year. It was a V6, but, it was mine...

My first was a 61 Dodge Seneca which I had for the next 15 years, spent way too much money on it over the years. Also drove an 86 Buick Skyhawk until the motor blew up and replaced that with a 91 Ford Ranger. Should've had a 49 Chevy P/U as well, worked all summer for a guy in trade for it and he ended up giving it to his son and I just got a lesson that not every man keeps his word. Worked to pay for all of them, to include gas, plates and insurance.

That's incredible mileage for 396 bbc!!! Does it have highway gears in it or have different trans/gear vendors in it?

It has the factory 4 so and 3:31 gears.

1962 Mer Comet 170 cubic inch with 2 speed auto. Paid 125$ for it ,with two burnt valves.Fixed it and drove it only on special days due to $ was tight. Purchased 20 acres my junior year of HS. Was still running when I graduated from college. Still own the land. Still have dreams about that car two or three times a year.Purchased, fixed and sold 30+ Cars and trucks to help pay for college. Wish I had some of them back,mostly the mustangs and one cougar.

1978 Chevrolet Nova Cabriolet. Two door, 305 w/ three speed auto. Reworked the body and painted it in my high school auto shop class.

 

NEVER should have sold that car. Did sell it to my best friend's little brother who drove the hell out of it until his girlfriend's sister totaled it.

1969 Chevelle SS396 4 speed. Had a 850 double pumper w/ladder bars. Lost my license twice in that car LOL. Man I miss that thing!
