Hmm.. Raptor... 6.2 V8 or 3.5 Ecoboost. Not even a comparison. The claim that the ecoboost has more output may be true in the short run. However, when those turbos have 60k miles on them and are shot because you run the engine balls to the wall constantly, people will want their v8's back.

Couldn't have stated it better!

A V8 ran balls to the wall for 60k would come out unharmed?

Yes. That's why small block Chevy's have dominated racing for decades. They're built to take the punishment.

And look close at those tow hooks. ? Or are they curb feelers?

I think they might be a redesigned front park assist mechanism. I will bet they will soon be called shin skinners.

Once again, FUGLY.

I've always thought the Titans were ugly.

But now they've taken it to a new level. Worse than unsightly but not quite repulsive.

I'll stick with my Chevy!

Honestly, not impressed, at all.

I have had my 2011 for 3.5 years, and I am as comfortable in that truck as I was on day one. I will keep what I have! After a while, the vehicle you have becomes a part of you, it's like another family member.

I've had an 06 LT, 2011 LT, and an 02 z71 and of all my trucks my dad and i find the 02 most comfortable, especially the seats.

I was actually kind of planning on checking out the new Titan with the cummins for my next truck since my k2xx lease is up this fall. But...after seeing the new raptor, a beater for a year while saving up some cash might be in order.

Honestly I'm just really loving all the new truck offerings, never been a better time to be a truck enthusiast.

It looks like an f150 and an armada had a baby.

I don't understand the hype over the Cummins motor. It's nothing to write home about. Even the heralded 12 valves have issues and this motor will be no different, especially in a new platform.
