K2 level kit, or the RC 3.5" suspension lift/ level kit??

Recommended Posts

Looking into either a level kit for my truck, or possibly the RC 3.5" lift kit which includes strut spacers, new upper control arms, new rear blocks, u bolts, and also some spacers for the front diff to lower CV axles for closer-to-stock angles and I guess it also corrects the pinion angle for the front driveshaft

What I was curious about is if anyone has installed and ran this kit for a while? If so, what types of issues, if any, have you had? I feel with the spacers for the front diff that this kit aint as bad as it seems, but Im not sure, which is why I want real world reviews. I would like to sit higher, but not as tall as my last truck. This is my new daily driver and gonna be my tow vehicle

Here is a link to the 3.5" kit by RC

And here is a link to the level kit I was considering:

Reviews on either kit would be greatly appreciated. I just feel like the spacers make a big difference compared to just having the front pushed up 3.5" with just the spacer

Ive heard the RCX 3.5 rides rough. I have a RCX 7 inch and its been great but they are extremely diffrent. I would say do a Zone 4 inch or a RCX 5 inch in place of the RCX 3.5. TGC is good too RCX also offers a 2.5 that is good. The 2.5 will allow you to run a 33inch tire depending on your wheel and the 4inch zone or 5 inch RCX you can squeeze a 295/60r20 in there which is almost a 35. Keep in mind this is all depending on the wheel specs. The closer to stock on the wheels you stay the more tire you can put under it. if your gonna tow and stay pretty close to stock id just go with one of the 2.5 inch kits that are out there. TGC, RCX or zone. Not much diffrence on the smaller stuff.
