westsidecalifas707
I had a dealer call us back and had us resign papers saying that we (Wife & I) signed on the wrong lines (Primary borrower/ Secondary Borrower).....turns out they also changed my GM Warranty to some aftermarket warranty....didn't notice till I took it to a GM Dealer for work, and they wouldn't honor it.They told me I might just have to sign a different contract so I will definitely read every single line carefully

Id probably never use the dealership for financing.

The Zip
Jordan Avina - new contract, new deal. You are about to be taken. Give back the truck and tell this guy adios, there is another truck out there with your name on it.
Ventilator
Tell them they will need to give you current incentives, like the black Friday 20% discount. Now you are in the drivers seat, because they don't really want to give you back your down payment and be stuck with a slightly used truck. I know I would have them over the barrel this time around. Time for you to get a better deal, or take the down payment and walk. Go to another dealer. The incentives right now have to be better than they were a month ago? Honestly if they want a new contract I'm going to be expecting some sort of discount from all the specials going on and that's true if they won't help me out I already have my eyes on a few other trucks [emoji1]
blackout07
I didn't finance with the dealership though Then the bank owns that truck and you're responsible to them for payments. Have you talked to them?
Duelin
++++++1 on talking to the bank. Call the bank and talk to them and find out what is going on. Sounds like the dealer is getting ready to tuck it to you one way or another. In the mean time tell them you are not going to sign another contract. That you are happy with the one have. They can't change it unless you sign.

See what the bank has to say on the matter and perhaps they can shed some light on the issue. If they say all is well, tell that dealer to get bent and contact the BBB. nahulu77
Maybe they sold it to you less than what it was suppose to be sold for and only now realizes it. I don't know, but it sounds really fishy.........Watch out.
