If i had the blackbear in person tune and need the tune re-installed how can i do that? Can they send me a handheld to upload it

You would have to purchase the autocal or have efi live on a laptop

Who can i contact from blackbear asking about the dealer resetting my pcm and ecm? I need to take in for service

I doubt the dealer will do anything with the ECM. Blackbear should still have the cable tune available. I believe it is used in conjunction with a laptop to transfer the tune. Check their site for info
