BDF
I Have the summit white Denali, so I could not decide on after market wheel color. I plasti dipped one side white and one side black w/ glossifier top coats {also lug nuts} I walked around it for couple weeks and decided upon black. The paint was as promised peeled right off. Peeled off one set of lug nuts , one side all black one side chrome lugs. Truck is in paint shop being All whited out. Will try and post photo when done. NOTE: let paint set over night if possible or tape off taper in the lug nut seat area. Don't ask how I know. Paint actually started to wind up around the lug nut & peel back ugh! { no patients waiting for paint to dry} These will be my winter wheels, just peel it of and resell them. Sdfd504
Thanks for the tip. I have a white diamond Tricoat so I am wanting black rims I do believe. How did the black with glossifier look?
BDF
The glossifier does put sheen to the finish. Not like a true gloss, but it has UV protection in it. Waiting for truck to wrap up at paint shop.
