I just bought a truck (in the pic) when I bought it, it ran fine. I put taller edelbrock valve covers on it and had to move some stuff around, I did try to adjust my Rich/ Lean adjustment on my carb. It is a factory Rochester GM carb (4 barrel) on a 350 5.7L I can not lie, I dont know jack about carbs and I dont know what I was thinking when I messed with it. . its starts up and idles in park (very rough) and when I give it gas, in drive, its sputters to the point to where it will die if i dont let it idle. If I am on a hil going up it, it starts making small back fires and then it dies.

I am just looking for some pointers on how to set back to factory calibration. Do I need to take the carb off or can I do it with it on? Ive posted a pic of the motor for reference. Sorry for the rust :(
