Yea that blows. Went through that a year ago today with my pops. Saw him one day and the next morning he went to the hospital. Hope your friend is doing well. It's a drain both physically and mentally. Can't wait to see the mirrors but given the situation there are other more important things. Don't sweat it.

Update update update!!! Mirrors work. Powerfold and tilt, etc. The front lens appears to be a clearance light. It does not blink.

 

They are checking the reverse led and will call me back.

Did the wiring need to be changed for any of the features to work? (power fold, tilt clearance light...)

Or was it simply plug and play?
