Just posted something in another thread. I use the Diblosport Intune on my 6.2l and 2 previous 5.3L. Knock on wood never a problem and real user friendly. Is it a custom tune no, but as far as a little more pep and better drivability yes, plus a lot of customizable options like dod etc. Plus when Lew recovers from illness you can data log and custom tune for a VERY affordable price. I have also had very good customer service. My new truck had an unsupported TCM. Mike from Diblosport had a new calibration emailed to me in a week. My 2 cents is for the money its worth it when 20% off at autoanything.

i'll never run a canned tune after comparing the canned tune of the diablo to diablew's. im pretty sure they make the can tune pretty bad though just so you do buy a custom :)

Since 2001 Ive used all caned tunes, all worked as advertised. The best experience has been on the 14, with Hypertec, turned off the V4, firmed up the transmission, raised the limiter to 130. The over all driving experience is better. Im sure there are custom tuners that are better, as far as one on one refinement , I rather go with a known tuner in the event I have to bang heads with GM, they wouldn't want it to be said that their tune caused a problem.

well im just telling you on the diablosport, its such a huge difference i'll never use another vehicle without one that i own personally. i could tell a difference with the can tunes, but when i put lews tune on, it was like a whole new car.

I used diablosport on my trailblazer ss, worked as advertised. As all the can tunes I used. I am satisfied with their limits for stated reasons.

Where did you buy yours at?

working as advertised, sure. thats easy to buy because you can tell a difference, although in my opinion it wasn't worth the 200 i spent, much less 400 had i bought new. once i put in lew's tune, i would have honestly paid 1,000 for that difference.

I don't dispute that custom is better, and clearly stated why (I) stay with a caned tune. To keep beating the same dead horse dose not accomplish anything. You gain maybe an extra 2 more HP with a custom tune over caned. Driving feel is in the butt of the beholder. As far as caned tunes I have had the pleasure of trying most of them. The Hypertech in the 14 GMC is amazing. I dare say you probably didn't try the Hypertech. I do have an older truck that is stroked, supercharged and custom tuned, so I know the difference. The money spent on the Hypertech for me was worth the money. You clearly stated that the diablosport caned didn't work for you. You cant paint them all with the same brush. That tuner worked good for me on my trail blazer ss, I did take some time to learn play with it a little, it was fun. The Hypertech made my 14 a beast with just 75% of the TM removed.
